Privacy Policy

WorkLight LLC operates RecordWall.Live and respects your privacy. This notice explains what information may be collected when you visit this page, request a demonstration, ask for support, or begin a RecordWall.Live project; how that information is used; and the choices available to you.

Information you provide

Demonstration requests are submitted through Google Forms. The form may request your name, email address, school or organization, professional role, product interests, project goals, current tools, anticipated launch timing, demo availability, and optional questions or project details. If you contact WorkLight by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.

Website analytics and cookies

WorkLight uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the WorkLight LLC and RecordWall.Live pages. Google Analytics may process information such as pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, browser and device information, website interactions, and identifiers stored through cookies or similar technologies. WorkLight uses this information to measure website performance and improve its communications. WorkLight does not use website analytics to identify individual students or create student profiles.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, prepare for demonstrations, discuss potential services, prepare proposals, provide requested services, support RecordWall.Live projects, maintain and protect the website, improve communications, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Sharing and selling

WorkLight LLC does not sell or rent personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support website hosting, analytics, email, forms, scheduling, or business operations; when required by law; or when reasonably necessary to protect WorkLight, its clients, or others. These providers may include Webflow, Google Analytics, Google Workspace, and Google Forms.

School and student information

The public website and demonstration form are intended for authorized adult representatives of schools and organizations. Please do not submit confidential student records, educational records, health information, disciplinary information, account credentials, passwords, or other sensitive personal information through the demonstration form or ordinary email.

Information, photographs, logos, and other content provided for a paid RecordWall.Live project are governed by the applicable proposal, service agreement, and any related data-protection terms.

Retention and security

Information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, to maintain appropriate business records, or as required by law. WorkLight uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of electronic communication or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s privacy

RecordWall.Live is marketed to school leaders, educators, organizations, and other adult representatives. The website and demonstration form are not directed to children under 13, and WorkLight does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through them.

Your choices and updates

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information you have provided, subject to applicable legal, contractual, and business record requirements. This policy may be updated as RecordWall.Live services evolve. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to the RecordWall.Live website and public product information provided by WorkLight LLC. By using this page, you agree to these terms. Specific projects and paid services are governed by the applicable written proposal or agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these website terms.

Product information and services

RecordWall.Live provides school-branded digital boards, spreadsheet-based data connections, implementation support, managed updates, and related services. Website descriptions and examples are provided for general understanding. Final scope, pricing, responsibilities, schedule, deliverables, renewals, and support terms are confirmed in writing.

Demonstration requests

Demonstration requests are intended for authorized adult representatives of schools and organizations. Do not use the demonstration form or ordinary email to submit confidential student records, educational records, health information, disciplinary information, account credentials, passwords, or other sensitive information.

School-provided content and permissions

Schools and organizations are responsible for the accuracy of information they provide and for securing all rights and permissions needed to use submitted names, photographs, logos, trademarks, statistics, records, achievements, and other content. Clients retain ownership of the content they provide. WorkLight’s permitted uses, publication responsibilities, retention, and deletion will be governed by the applicable written agreement.

WorkLight intellectual property

WorkLight LLC retains ownership of its original RecordWall.Live templates, software, designs, workflows, branding, documentation, and other materials. No ownership rights are transferred by viewing this website or requesting a demonstration. Any license to use a completed RecordWall.Live solution will be defined in the applicable written agreement.

Displays, hardware, and third-party services

Compatible school-owned hardware may be used when available. Hardware, installation, internet service, device configuration, Google services, and other third-party products or services are separate unless specifically included in writing. WorkLight does not control the availability or policies of unrelated third-party services.

Payments

Payments are handled by invoice or another method stated in the applicable agreement. This website does not process payments. Pricing shown in the product guide is subject to the scope, assumptions, and terms stated in the guide or a written proposal.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or security, introduce malicious code, access restricted systems, collect information through unauthorized automated means, or use RecordWall.Live in violation of applicable law or the rights of others.

Availability and results

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. WorkLight does not guarantee that the website or third-party services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. Results depend on each organization’s information, participation, decisions, technology, and implementation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkLight LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this public website. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or where a written service agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Changes and governing law

WorkLight may update these terms as RecordWall.Live services evolve. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
